After dropping off our youngest at GCC, we decided to celebrate being empty nesters by spending a night at Terra Nova house. Ryan met us promptly at 3 PM, showed us around, carried our bags, and made us feel at home. There are so many ways that Ryan makes you feel welcome, I can't cover them all, but for me, the access to coffee, juice and water 24x7 is primary. My wife on the other hand, loved the 2nd floor deck and the gluten-free brownie - just for her. Our only regret is not staying longer.

We had an incredible stay at Terra Nova B&B although it was way too short. Ryan was so accommodating and he really went out of his way to add so many special touches. We will definitely stay here again as we come visit our son at Grove City College.

This B&B is not only comfortable and clean but has a wonderful owner/host who really excels in making his guests feel welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here while visiting the Grove City area. We will definitely stay here againl

We frequently stay at B&Bs - there's no better way to really know a place or connect to its people - and have to say that Terra Nova ranks at the upper end. The quality of the setting, the friendliness and attentiveness of the hosts, the small and unexpected extras, the flexibility of the breakfast schedule and its varied menu choices (all delicious) make this a place to return to.

Arrived after midnight, tired from a long flight from Arizona. We were uncertain what to expect, but Ryan's helpful emails and instructions guided us to the Collegiate Suite for our first night. We were delighted to find delicious locally-baked cookies, pastries, and fruit/cheese plate waiting for us after a long day traveling. Ryan provided everything we could ever think we'd need, from refreshments to toiletries...even flashlights. Ryan must have a bit of OCD, because every detail of our arrival and our needs were perfectly and thoughtfully provided. We loved the Collegiate Suite for its privacy and spaciousness. We were moved to the North Atlantic room for our second night due to a prior reservation for the Collegiate Suite. Ryan and staff moved our luggage and stuff, making it easy for us to transition to this room. They set up a rollaway bed for our daughter and placed our suitcases in the walk-in closet, and had the room prepared for us when we returned in the evening. Seamless. The breakfast we ordered was delicious and served in a charming Victorian dining room. It is a small room and we enjoyed chatting with the other guests. We've stayed in B&B's in California, and dined in others in New England, but Terra Nova is the best we've ever experienced. Highly recommended!
